This policy outlines our rules regarding refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and service-related concerns. By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking & Deposits

Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable in accordance with our rescheduling policy.

Appointments are confirmed only after the required deposit (if applicable) has been received.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
More Than 24 Hours Before Appointment

Clients may reschedule or cancel free of charge if the request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Deposits (if paid) may be transferred to a future booking.
Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time may result in:

Loss of deposit, or
-
A cancellation fee, depending on the service booked.

No-Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
3. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided once a service has been completed.

Results may vary depending on hair condition, maintenance, and individual expectations.
Dissatisfaction With Service
If you are unhappy with your service:

Please notify us before leaving the salon so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Concerns raised after leaving must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment.

Where appropriate, we may offer a service correction rather than a refund.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in exceptional circumstances.
4. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled.

If an appointment is cancelled due to late arrival, the deposit may be forfeited.

Late arrival fees may apply depending on the service.
5. Service Adjustments & Redos

Adjustments or corrections must be requested within 48 hours of the original service.

The original service must remain unaltered (no washing, coloring, cutting, or third-party work).

We do not offer refunds for services altered by another stylist.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Tonia Hair Uk reserves the right to refuse service to any client who:

Arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Displays aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

Fails to comply with salon policies
In such cases, no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
