  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

  • International shipping may be available on request. Please contact us before placing an international order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard UK Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days

Incorrect Address

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we apply strict quality and safety standards.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The hair bundle, lace, or closure seal is intact

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

⚠️ Opened, used, cut, colored, washed, or altered hair products are not eligible for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened hair extensions

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items returned without original packaging or damaged seals


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.


Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable)

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

⚠️ Do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs
